- 01-03 Dec (Thu-Sat), Cardinal Room, Memorial Union
- The Gaffer's Guild will have items for sale at the Art Mart in the
Cardinal Room in the Memorial Union the first three days of
December.
- We'll have a variety of items handmade by members of the Guild, including
vases, bowls, plates, paperweights, various flowers, small glass swans, and
more. Come find good deals on beautiful, custom pieces made here at Iowa
State!
- Art Mart hours are:
- Thursday, December 1st: 12:00 noon - 6:00 pm
- Friday, December 2nd: 12:00 noon - 8:00 pm
- Saturday, December 3rd: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
The Gaffer's Guild is the artistic glass blowing club at Iowa State
University.
Our club is a unique organization -- membership is open to all students and
members of the community. We provide educational sessions where you can learn
to blow glass. Individuals who are experienced can use our facilities,
too!
Our studio is in 1334 Sweeney. (We have a page with
directions, including a printable map, to help
you find the studio.)
